I formulated a visualization-friendly C++ framework for predicting permissible ferroelectric domain walls from charge neutrality and strain compatibility, without full-scale equation solving. The approach can identify rotating/changing domain walls driven by electric field or temperature or any external stimuli — a practical tool for experimentalists interpreting domain behavior in complex ferroelectric systems.
