Phase-Boundary Enabled High Dielectric Tunability in BaₓSr₁₋ₓTiO₃ Thin Films on Silicon

Using Landau–Ginzburg–Devonshire theory (Python) in combination with Effective Hamiltonian modeling, I predicted how the BaₓSr₁₋ₓTiO₃ phase diagram shifts with composition, thickness, and temperature and identified a multiphase coexistence point; Guiding experimental collaborators at IISc Bangalore in narrowing candidate set toward films with high dielectric tunability integrated on silicon.
